Should you get Dior Homme Intense? Absolutely, but I do recommend sampling it first. Dior Homme Intense Eau de Parfum reveals the extreme grandeur and sophistication of a generous and powerful Eau de Parfum. The olfactory intensity of Iris is enhanced by a sensual Ambery facet and precious wood base. A scented, sensual script whose trail calls to you. Dior Homme Intense is a ‘dry’ and persistent oriental.Both the 2005 and 2011 formulations of Dior Homme are characterised as being powdery-sweet on Parfumo. Overall, I think the two formulas are fairly similar. However, there is one pivotal difference; the original formulation is quite heavy on the iris.The new Dior Homme is created by Dior in-house perfumer Francois Demachy who wanted to redefine masculine sensuality. The fragrance is intensely woody, warm, and sensual. A virile accord of Atlas cedar and the warmth of cashmere wood are pampered with spicy aromas.

While I am sure many people have talked in lengths about the Dior Homme Intense as it seems to be fairly popular I just thought I'd give a little blurb about my experience with it. When I first got it and gave it a whiff it didn't smell how I thought it would smell. The regular Dior Homme is the one that was reformulated in 2020, you can now buy Dior Homme Original which is the same as Dior Homme from previous years, just a really bad naming fuckup. Update: Dior Homme Intense is a worthy addition to your fragrance wardrobe this year. It deftly blends floral, musky, and deep woody elements in a professional yet daring manner. Its performance is robust, lasting all day with only a few sprays required. I've recently bought a new bottle of Dior Homme Intense as my previous bottle is running out. With the new bottle I've noticed that it says "Eau de toilette" on the bottom.. In my experience there's only an EDP version of this perfume.
